Weapons are sold in malls!!

I'm shocked,  one of my cousin putting this weapon as a key chain and when I asked her where you bought it? .. easly said: "AL-Wataniya Complex at salmiya" , which make me wonder  "How these small Weapons are sold in malls ??"
